On 30.11.2023, in the live TV broadcast - 360 Stepeni (360^о)airing recurrently on the Macedonian Radio and Television - MRT, an interview was screened with Mr. Adem Curri - the General IPA Auditor of the Audit Authority for audit of IPA Funds

During the program, Mr. Curri was elaborating the challenges that the IPA Structure in the Republic of North Macedonia faces, due to the lack of the administrative capacity of the State, required for absorption of the pre-accessions Funds of EU.

In the TV program were presented, the key reasons of non-utilized IPA Funds as a whole, as well as the lack of human resources in the IPA structures to fulfil its objectives. The Funds assigned for the State to utilize as a pre-accession Funds of EU and have a strict and bounding regulations for their utilization as well as separate procedures for continuous verification for legal and proper use of the funds by the Audit Authority for audit of IPA funds. The General IPA Auditor stated that the issues and challenges that the IPA Structure faces against, can be addressed by creating a Policy of motivation and retention of the professional staff, and are officially noted by conclusions of the conducted audits by the Audit Authority for Audit of IPA Funds.
